I'm Carlo Coetzee, the photographer and filmmaker behind daydream media. I shoot hotels, lodges and luxury homes across South Africa, with one goal: images that make people want to book the stay or view the home.
Good property photography isn't only about how a room looks. It's about what a guest or buyer feels when they see it on their phone, so I plan every shoot around the light, the views and the details that set your property apart.

Does the property need to be empty?
No. We plan the shot list around your guests and photograph spaces as they become free.
How long does a shoot take?
Between 3 and 7 days, depending on the size of the property and whether you need photography, video and a 360 tour. We confirm the exact schedule in your quote.
What happens if the weather turns?
We plan every shoot around the forecast, and schedule exteriors for the days and times with the best conditions. If the weather changes, we adjust the order of the shoot so you still get the images you need.
Do you shoot outside the Western Cape?
Yes, we shoot across South Africa. Travel and accommodation are included in your quote, so there are no surprises later.
